Hi Everyone!

When I look for a new skincare product I look for 3 main things:

1. Quality

2. Whether I'll actually use it regularly

3. Value for money

So when I received the Instanatural Organic Argan Oil I'll admit I was skeptical of whether it would tick all of the boxes for me, but you know what? It did! I can honestly say that it is one of the best beauty products I have ever used and I cannot fault it!

The quality is absolutely amazing as it contains 100% pure argon oil, nothing else. A lot of products on the market claim to be argon oil when in fact they only contain a tiny amount and are full of other chemicals that won't do your skin any good at all! Instanatural Organic Argan Oil can be used on your face, skin, hair and nails and whenever I use it my skin feels so soft and moisturized, it really feels like a treat whenever I use this product!

I use this everyday to moisturize my face and my nails before going to bed and a little really does go a long way! I have been using this product for around a month now and I am not even half way through the bottle! It also comes with a pump which is really handy to make sure I don't use too much!

This product is amazing and I love it.

REVIEW: L.A.B.2 Eye Brush Set*

Hi Everyone!

So as you all know I'm a massive makeup fan, I somehow end up spending way too much time pondering over which shade of red lipstick I want to wear that day (because we all need loads of different shades...right??) Anyway, I am also a huge fan of makeup brushes, I own so many but I love each and every one of them! So when I was offered a L.A.B.2 Strokes Of Genius Eye Brush Set Of 5 Brushes I couldn't refuse! To be honest I am known for massively favouring high-end makeup brushes such as Zoeva and Urban Decay, simply because I feel the quality is usually excellent and what I would expect from a pricier product. So when I was offered the L.A.B.2 Eye Brush Set I was skeptical, at just £18.99 for a set of 5 brushes (that's less than £4 a brush!) I thought it would be too good to be true, however I was pleasantly surprised!

The eyeshadow brush is perfect for applying the product all over the lid and it packs just enough eyeshadow so none is wasted! It's not the softest brush in the world but it is definitely not uncomfortable and for the price I think it's amazing!

The crease brush does what it says on the tin (or brush) and is small enough to really get in the crease and give your eyes gorgeous definition.

The pointed eyeliner brush is the brush that I have used the least out of this set, it's not because I don't love it, it's just that I don't tend to wear liquid eyeliner often (I prefer to use an eyeliner pencil) but the shape of the brush is perfect for perfecting your cat-eye, whether you're going for a daytime look or a more dramatic evening look!

One of my favourite brushes in the set is the brow & liner brush - I use this brush for filling in my eyebrows with eyeshadow and it's amazing for creating a really natural but defined look to my brows. It distributes the eyeshadow evenly - further adding to how natural my brows look - I LOVE it!

The brow & lash groomer is also one of my favourite brushes in the set. I like to lightly use the brow side of the brush to lightly brush my eyebrows into place to make them look even more defined. I use the lash side of the brush whenever my eyelashes look a little clumpy after applying mascara just to separate them and make them look more natural.

Overall I absolutely love the L.A.B.2 Strokes Of Genius Eye Brush Set Of 5 Brushes - I think the set is extremely good value for money whilst having the level of quality you would expect from more expensive brushes.

My First Blogging Event Experience!*

Hi everyone!

So last Friday I went to a blogging event and I was super nervous beforehand as I had never been to one before (I've always been too nervous!) The event was hosted by Funky Laser and as soon as I entered the building I felt at ease, everyone was so welcoming and I knew it would be a fun evening of jewelry making and eating cake!

We all got to design and create our own feather necklaces based on THIS design - I opted for a Little Mermaid inspired glittery (obvz) design and I LOVE it! :)

After an hour or so of making the feather necklaces and eating cake (which was delicious by the way!) we were shown the laser machine and we each received a name necklace made from our chosen acrylic (which I also chose the glittery option surprise surprise!)

We were also given a goodie bag which was full of treats including a 'blogger' necklace! So basically Funky Laser can make practically anything you want from cake toppers to jewelry! All you have to do is ask!

Hi Everyone!

So lately I've been thinking about how ethical the clothes I wear actually are. I know a lot of us (including me!) are guilty of getting super excited when we see a gorgeous new bag or top we love and wanting to buy it instantly, but how often do we actually think about where they've come from?

I know how easy it is to get wrapped up in the friendly atmosphere of a warm and inviting department store but I really believe we need to start thinking before we buy.

Style Is Eternal

Hi everyone!

Yves Saint Laurent once said that 'fashion fades, style is eternal' - I completely agree. I think what makes the YSL brand so unique is that every single piece is timeless. Each piece makes a statement of its own and I believe that is what defines 'style' rather than just 'fashion'.

I've put together a set including the 'iconic' Smoking Jacket - this jacket makes a huge statement and is the main feature of this look. Tyesha Loves - Prestige Flowers!*

Hi everyone!

I LOVE summer! I love the endless blue skies, waking up to the sound of birds singing happily, the smell of freshly cut grass and sweet smelling flowers! Unfortunately where I live in the UK, summer is a very different story! Warm, sunny days are few and far between; instead we face an almost daily battle with the wind and the rain as I try (usually unsuccessfully) to keep my long hair under control!

That's where Prestige Flowers come in! Thanks to them I can now bring summer into my own home! Their flowers are so beautiful and really capture that summer feeling! They have flowers for all occasions such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, thank you flowers and so many more. Their website is organised into sections so it's really easy to find the type of flowers you're looking for (which is really handy for people like me who can't be bothered to spend a long time searching for the perfect flowers - here the website does it for you!)

When the flowers arrived I didn't know what they would look like as they were a gift from Prestige Flowers and I hadn't specified which ones I would like, but I was not disappointed! The flowers are absolutely beautiful and they go with any colour scheme - I love them and I would definitely recommend Prestige Flowers!

Reflective Wednesday - Positive Thinking

Hi Everyone!

So something happened yesterday, something really good; I finally learned to let go of something that was making me sad - it wasn't easy at all (I've had my fair share of uncontrollable crying and listening to sad songs!) but I think I've finally let go.

I'm not 100% sure how I did it to be honest, but I think I just learned to accept it. So I'm writing this blog post for you just to let you know that things will get better and that it's okay to cry and feel sad, but it won't last forever. Eventually you will be happy again and it will feel like such a relief and you will feel AMAZING! Because you know what? As cliche as it sounds you are amazing, yes you reading this right now!

I think what changed for me is I've learned to appreciate every glimmer of happiness and hope there is in my life and not let things get to me as much, because they don't deserve my tears. What is meant to happen will happen because everything (yes everything!) happens for a reason.

So for all of you reading this now thinking that you'll never be as happy as you used to be, just remember that we're on this journey together and we are amazing.

Even if this post has helped just one of you, that will make me so super happy! I feel the quote below is so accurate and what I really needed to hear right now so hopefully it will help some of you too :)

My Evening Skincare Routine!

Hi everyone! :)

I never used to have any sort of skincare routine at all (shocking I know!) but over the past year or so I have developed an evening skincare routine which I am happy (ish) with! (I also have a morning skincare which is very similar to this one so if you would like me to share that with you do let me know!)

Anywayyyy, I start my evening skincare routine by taking off all my makeup from the day with the L'Oreal Paris Skin Perfection Micellar Water - I just put some on a cotton pad and swipe it all over my face and neck. It usually takes me about 3 cotton pads with this micellar water on before all my makeup is removed (which if you ask me is pretty good! No rubbing and dragging the skin - it can also be used on eyes and lips so it's actually really gentle so it's great for sensitive skin like mine!)

Once all of my makeup is removed I like to make sure my skin is fully cleansed by using the Simple Refreshing Facial Wash - I apply this after I have wet my face with warm water and I remove it with a wet face cloth (you can also remove it with just water if you'd prefer) - I really like this face wash as it removes any last traces of makeup and makes my skin feel really refreshed after I use it.

Next I like to use a toner - I'm currently using the Instanatural Vitamin C Facial Toner - this was actually sent to me by the company and the product is alright but I'm not that impressed to be honest. The bottle has a pump so it can be sprayed directly onto the face (but when I tried this it got everywhere so I just spray it into my hands and apply it to my face that way).

After toning my face I like to use the Nivea Daily Essentials Regenerating Night Cream - this is AMAZING! It comes in a cute little jar and sinks into my skin really easily! (I like to use a cotton bud when getting the product out of the jar as this is more hygienic :) ) - I apply this to my face in small circular motions (with the circles going towards the centre of the face to reduce stretching of the skin) and avoiding the eye area. My skin always feels so soft after using this and it still feels soft the next morning!

I then like to use the Simple Kind To Eyes Soothing Eye Balm - I like to apply this with my ring fingers so it's more gentle on my skin. This eye balm is so moisturizing and is amazing at keeping my eye area hydrated and soft! As with all Simple skincare products I have found, this is really good for those of you who have sensitive skin like I do! :)

For my lips I like to use the Vaseline Lip Therapy Rosy Lips - this is literally the best lip product I have ever come across! My lips feel SO hydrated after using it and I also like to use it during the day as well because as well as keeping my lips moisturized, it also gives them a gorgeous rose coloured tint (sometimes I like to use this instead of a lipstick or a lipgloss when I'm going for a more natural look!) - it is amazing!

Finally for my hands I like to use the Dove Visible Effects Hand Cream (I'm not sure if this is still available in places such as Boots and Superdrug but I think it might be elsewhere such as Amazon) anyway, this is amazing for keeping my hands hydrated, I always wake up the next morning with super soft hands! Amazing! :)

The Perfect Present!*

Hi everyoneeee! :)

So it was my Mam's birthday the other day and I'd already bought her present, but this year I wanted to make it extra special - as I scoured the Internet (mainly Pinterest and Twitter tbh) for creative ways to say 'I love you Mam', I discovered Wrap.me (which you can visit HERE) - the website that allows you to create your own personalised wrapping paper with your own photos! I think this is such a good idea as it gives gifts that little extra something - I decided to create a sort of timeline on my wrapping paper, so I placed photos of me and my Mam side by side in chronological order :)

The wrapping paper arrived in perfect condition and I was so impressed! I knew my Mam was going to love it! :)

As I handed my Mam her present - all neatly wrapped in my Wrap.me wrapping paper, she looked SO happy! She absolutely LOVED it! We both agreed that it was a really nice personal touch and my Mam has actually kept the wrapping paper because it is so lovely (she opened it carefully so she didn't rip it) :)

I'll definitely use Wrap.me in the future for any special occasion!
