Reflective Wednesday - Positive Thinking
So something happened yesterday, something really good; I finally learned to let go of something that was making me sad - it wasn't easy at all (I've had my fair share of uncontrollable crying and listening to sad songs!) but I think I've finally let go.
I'm not 100% sure how I did it to be honest, but I think I just learned to accept it. So I'm writing this blog post for you just to let you know that things will get better and that it's okay to cry and feel sad, but it won't last forever. Eventually you will be happy again and it will feel like such a relief and you will feel AMAZING! Because you know what? As cliche as it sounds you are amazing, yes you reading this right now!
I think what changed for me is I've learned to appreciate every glimmer of happiness and hope there is in my life and not let things get to me as much, because they don't deserve my tears. What is meant to happen will happen because everything (yes everything!) happens for a reason.
So for all of you reading this now thinking that you'll never be as happy as you used to be, just remember that we're on this journey together and we are amazing.
Even if this post has helped just one of you, that will make me so super happy! I feel the quote below is so accurate and what I really needed to hear right now so hopefully it will help some of you too :)
